Join a slew of Liars as they tell some truths on two panels this Sunday, July 10th at the CHESTNUT HILL BOOK FESTIVAL, Chestnut Hill, PA.

From 2-3 p.m., Liars Jon McGoranGregory FrostMerry Jones and Keith Strunk will present a free panel about “The Business of Becoming a Published Writer.”  “Not since the Gutenberg Bible has publishing changed so rapidly,” says McGoran. They’ll be talking about how changes in ebooks and in traditional book publishing are altering how every writer must now do business. This panel will be held at the Stagecrafter’s Theater, 8130 Germantown Ave.

When this one wraps up, you can head over to the Bombay Room at the Chestnut Hill Hotel (just follow Merry Jones, who will be dashing over there herself) to take in another panel from 3:15-4:15 about Tips for Marketing Your Work. Panelists include Liars Don Lafferty and Merry Jones, along with authors Michelle Wittle and Scott Heydt. Cost for this panel, which is run by the wonderful people at Philadelphia Stories Magazine, will be $10 at the door. This is just one of a series of events going on throughout the weekend. For more writerly stuff, check out their magazine’s site.

And we hope to see you there. Honest!
